We will break down your story into smaller digestible parts clarifying the problem and making it more approachable.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy helps people form solutions rather than focusing on the problem. We have a tendency to admire the problems in our lives instead of looking for solutions. I help identify what you have control over and what you don’t to free up space to accomplish your dreams and goals.
